| HOME HEALTH AIDE SERVICES A team of qualified Home Health Aides, cleared through criminal history checks and the EMR/NAR, provide care to the patient under the supervision of the Registered Nurse. All Home Health Aides are evaluated every 2 weeks by the supervising Registered Nurse. Duties include, but limited to: Personal Care *Tidying of patient's immediate living area *Meal Prep |
| PROVIDER SERVICES PRIVATE DUTY SERVICES ARE PAID BY CLIENT Services are provided by providers that have been cleared through criminal history checks and the EMR/NAR. The agency works with the client on set schedule and set duties. Services are supervised by a Registered Nurse and evaluated every 2 weeks. Duties include, but not limited to: Personal Care * Companionship * Meal Preparation * Shopping * Laundry * House Cleaning |
