| SPIRITUAL SERVICES Provided spiritual counseling/guidance for the patient and family. |
| HOME HEALTH AIDE SERVICES Services are provided by a qualified and experienced Home Health Aide. Stringent background checks are performed including the EMR/NAR. Personal Care * Reporting changes to RN supervisor * light meal prep * tidying of patient's immediate living area |
| PHARMACY / MEDICAL EQUIPMENT / SUPPLY SERVICES Patient receives all medication, medical equipment, and daily supplies pertaining to the terminal diagnosis at NO COST. |
